About Valley of Tears Gravel
Valley of Tears Gravel is a gravel cycling event held in Turkey, Texas, in the Texas Panhandle. The event returns on 5–6 March 2027, with a programme centred on gravel racing across the surrounding countryside and the Caprock Canyons landscape.
The terrain includes fast-rolling hardpack, dirt and gravel roads, sandy sections and more technical riding. The organiser describes routes that explore the rugged landscape around Turkey and Quitaque.
