Important: The rider services described below were published for the 2026 edition of Gravel Grit N Grind. Service availability, locations, opening times and procedures have not yet been confirmed for 2027.
Riders should check the official 2027 programme and participant instructions before travelling.
Registration and Rider Check-In
The 2026 programme provided the following registration office arrangements:
Friday 25 September 2026
- Registration office open from 13:00 to 19:00
- Rental-bike collection available during the same period
Saturday 26 September 2026
- Registration office at the Heagård event area
- Open from 08:00 to 10:00
Sunday 27 September 2026
- Registration office at Vinnalt, Simlångsdalen
- Open from 08:00 to 10:30
These opening times and locations are historical. The 2027 registration and check-in schedule has not yet been published.
Rental-Bike Collection
Rental-bike collection was included in the Friday registration programme for 2026.
Riders intending to hire a bicycle for 2027 should confirm rental availability, booking arrangements, collection location and return procedures with the organiser.
Feed-Zone Bottle Drop-Off
The 2026 programme included a feed-zone bottle drop-off service.
Published deadline: Friday 25 September 2026 at 19:00.
The organiser’s checked programme does not establish the precise drop-off location or which routes were eligible.
Riders should confirm whether the service will operate in 2027, together with any bottle-labelling, collection and route-specific requirements.
Post-Ride Food
The 2026 event programme included post-ride food on both event days.
Saturday 26 September 2026
- Lunch and post-ride food from 12:00 to 18:00
- Heagård event area
Sunday 27 September 2026
- Post-ride food from 13:00 to 18:00
- Vinnalt event area
The checked information does not establish whether meals were included in every entry or required separate payment.
Food provision, eligibility and serving times for 2027 must be confirmed with the organiser.
Further Rider Information
Mechanical assistance, bike-washing facilities, medical provision and rider transport arrangements have not been sufficiently verified for the 2027 edition.
